Dino is fermented aged 15 months solely in terra cotta amphora to allow a truly pure expression of Tuscan sangiovese. This wine is bottled without an added sulphites. Fontodi is located in the heart of Chianti Classico precisely in the valley which lies south of the town of Panzano
